Contaminants detected

XR75 x-ray machines detect many contaminants to high levels of accuracy using Anritsu’s advanced HD and UltraHD technology, including:

• Metal (including ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless contaminants) down to 0.4mm* sensitivity using HD Imaging Technology detection. UltraHD technology options are also available which can detect metal down to 0.2mm*
• Wire down to 0.5mm x 2mm long* sensitivity.
• Mineral stones down to 2.0mm*

• Glass and mineral stones down to 1.0*mm sensitivity

Triple system life expectancy reduces operating costs

The latest model x-ray detector, Anritsu XR75 incorporates new, advanced long life technology for critical system components. It is Anritsu’s most technologically advanced x-ray inspection system.

• The x-ray generator and detection sensor continue to provide outstanding sensitivity but an integrated cabinet cooling system allows the new system to generate less heat. This sealed, non-circulating tube cooling system means that no external air conditioning is required, reducing operating costs. The result is continued superior performance with a 30% reduction in power consumption.
• The long life, low-power components triple the system’s life cycle expectancy compared to standard x-ray equipment and reduces the cost of ownership.
• Variable x-ray power by menu - allows you to further reduce power usage if a lower detection sensitivity is suitable for a specific product.

Different sized models

• Belt widths of 270mm for products up to maximum width 240mm and height 120mm.
• Belt widths of 420mm for products up to maximum width 390mm and height 220mm.
• Variable belt speeds to suit specific application.
